Ways to get involved

FoodBank SA is currently providing edible surplus groceries to over 550 Beneficiary Organisations who in turn serve more than 140 000 people daily throughout South Africa.

The types of beneficiary organisations include orphanages, shelters for abused women and children, homes for the aged and disabled and skills development centres.

All beneficiaries are fed wholesome meals daily thanks to the generous support of manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, corporates and individuals who either donate surplus food to FoodBank SA or provide financial assistance. If you too would like to get involved and give back, here are some easy ways to do so.
