FoodBank South Africa is proud to have established a partnership with The Fruit Cube, a company that delivers fresh and nutritious fruit straight to your office. As their first donation the Fruit Cube has donated 3000 Top Red apples to FoodBank SA.
The Fruit Cube provides fresh, seasonal snack fruit to offices with the aim to help employers offer their staff a healthier snacking alternative. Orders are conveniently placed online, with fruit being delivered weekly or fortnightly based on office requirements.
Each festive season, Fruit Cube customers have the opportunity to donate fruit to those in need, with The Fruit Cube matching each and every donation. This time round, thanks to many donations, they were able to donate just under 4000 pieces of fresh, nutritious fruit to organisations such as FoodBank SA. The fresh fruit was distributed to our beneficiary organisations in the Western Cape.
FoodBank SA appreciates the support as the donation will go a long way in ensuring we keep providing our beneficiary organisations with varied and nutritious foods.
